Anvilogic Raises $25M in Series B Funding

Anvilogic, a leading cybersecurity threat detection automation company, recently announced that they have raised a $25 million Series B.

The round was led by Neuberger Berman, with participation from Xerox Ventures, G-Squared Equity, Foundation Capital, Point72 Ventures and Cervin. This round brings Anvilogic’s total funding to $40 million.

The company will use the funds to continue to focus on further disrupting the cybersecurity industry by making further investments in R&D and accelerating their growth with further investments in GTM teams and partnerships, including expanding internationally.

Our journey with Anvilogic started in early 2021 when we invested in their Series A round of funding. When we met Karthik Kannan and Deb Banerjee, the founders of Anvilogic, we quickly realized that they were uniquely skilled to address the problem of automating threat detection. Serial entrepreneurship experience combined with deep knowledge of the SIEM space and significant cyber-security experience made them an exceptional team.

Since the time of the Series A, they have also hired an excellent combination of platform developers and SOC practitioners to help them execute Anvilogic's vision and achieved a strong product-market fit with marquee customers and prospects flocking to work with the company.

We are enthusiastic to be able to participate in this new round of financing. We continue to be excited about Anvilogic as they expand their vision to develop the next generation Security Operations Center (SOC). We look forward to what the future holds for the company’s dedicated team as they help unify people, process, and technology across the Security Operations Center and the business to protect organizations from cybersecurity threats.
