Monday Again Today is Monday and we are all exhausted from weekend showings and phone calls. Not only are we getting new listings, but we are definitely under pressure to make sure all of the buyers get to see the properties they want to see.

Appraisals are becoming a bit of a problem due to the lack of recent comparable sales. There is no doubt that a price adjustment has hit Morganton and Burke County, North Carolina real estate.
