THIS OLD HOUSE
I love old and older homes! If you are considering selling your "older" home please give me a call. Having owned a real estate company in Morganton, NC and Burke County for almost 20 years, I understand there are people who prefer to buy new homes and people who prefer to buy older homes. There is a big difference in the marketing of these two types of homes.
My own house near downtown Morganton, NC was built around 1910. It has been remodelled and updated, but without losing its character. I love the history, and discovery of the history of old houses. Who built it? Who has owned it? How has it changed from its original state? Does it need some updates? Is there an inexpensive way to do this? (yes). What should you do for it to bring the best price? I do the research to find the answers to all of these questions.
