Here we will discuss real estate and other issues in Burke County, North Carolina, from Morganton to Lake James to the Gingercake and Upper Creek areas in northern Burke.
Having been in business for over 17 years, we are a long-standing reputable firm in this area. The brokers in our office have a combined total of over 65 years in the Morganton area real estate market.
We at C. Ervin are headed toward another record year of sales, but we are still in a Buyer's market here. As an example, closed home sales in Burke County since June 1, 2007 still have an average of 181 days on market, or approximately 6 months.
