Cozy, private mountain cabin with guest quarters and a view! Located in beautiful, gated Upper Creek Acres neighborhood. All appliances and most furnishings stay. Great Room with vaulted ceilings, reclaimed pine floors, wood stove, stairs to sleeping loft, and sliding glass doors to wraparound deck. Lower level Guest Quarters. Cabin was constructed on steel pillars and lower level was enclosed later.
Improvements since October 2006: Upper level floors refinished, kitchen and bath refurbished. Lower level has all new kitchenette, all new bath, new stack W/D, new carpet and tile. New light fixtures, PEX plumbing on lower level, exterior stained and new walkway.
